Assertive Community Treatment Team |
The ACT Team is comprised of a Psychiatrist, Team Leader, Registered Nurse,
Licensed Substance Abuse Specialist, Peer-Support Specialist, Vocational
Specialist, Qualified Professional and Paraprofessional. Together the team
creates a person centered plan for each individual comprised of goals for each
client to meet.
ACT is provided 24hrs/365 with a
dedicated crisis line and team member available throughout. With ACT you get
support in areas like medication management and education, vocational training,
individual and group supportive counseling. As a ACT Team client you will have
clinicians and staff members that will work with you one on one to reach your
goals.

Assisted Family Living (AFL)
Alternative family living allows persons who have Intellectual Disabilities to live in a residential setting with professional supervision. The supervisor known as the AFL provider trains in many areas to ensure the client receives quality care.
